As we go through life we all have ups and downs. When the “downs” come some friends dig deep to help you through it. It can be a lot of “work” to help you through but once you are through it life returns to normal. Sheila doesn’t dig deep to help her friends when times are tough…she does it every day! I can be having a great day and after speaking with Sheila and listening to her approach to life, her zest, her not-so-common sense, I can’t help but have a better day. When I am having a bad day, she doesn’t have to dig deep to figure out what to say next…it comes as naturally as it does every day. And it works.
